The Haa Alifu Hoarafushi Magistrate Court is a court of first instance within the judicial system of the Republic of Maldives, established to administer justice and provide judicial services to the community. The Court was originally established as Haa Alifu Hoarafushi Court on 17 July 1979, following earlier judicial functions carried out through the Naib Office and the Atoll Court. With the implementation of Act No. 22/2010 (Courts of Maldives Act), the Court was renamed Haa Alifu Hoarafushi Magistrate Court on 26 October 2010. The Court exercises the jurisdiction and powers prescribed under the Courts of Maldives Act
