Aeroworld (Pvt) Limited was incorporated in January 2016, with the purpose of acting as the General Sales Agent (GSA) for Saudi Arabian Airlines in the Maldives.

Saudi Arabian Airlines is the national carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it has a fleet of more than 100 aircraft and flies to over 41 international destinations. Saudi Arabian Airlines has been operating directly to Sri Lanka for more than 20 years. Currently, the airline operates four flights a week from the Maldives to Saudi Arabia and to outward destinations.

During Hajj and Umra Pilgrimage season, more than 60% of the Maldivian Pilgrims travel on Saudi Arabian Airlines to the holy cities. Saudi Arabian Airlines also flies to Europe , America , Africa and to South East Asia from its main international gateway airports.
