M.H.A Private Limited is a fast-moving-consumer-goods (FMCG) distributor, wholesaler, and retailer established and registered in the Maldives. It is one of the longest serving private companies and was amongst the first 5 businesses that were granted import licenses by the Maldivian government in the 1970s. The license permitted import and trade of all types of goods except sugar, flour, and rice; as well as export of fish that were rarely sold abroad. What started as a small business, operating out of one store in Chandhanee Magu in 1972, has since evolved to become one of the largest wholesalers in the country with several wholesale and retail outlets.

Over the years, M.H.A’s product range has increased dramatically. Initially starting with a handful of products such as curry leaves, tobacco, and areca nuts; the company quickly expanded the product portfolio to include necessities such as baby food, powdered milk, canned goods, and even school stationeries. M.H.A has always strived to provide high-quality products, and this is evident from the several world-renowned brands that we currently hold. These include brands such as Nestle, Haagen-Dazs, American Garden, F&N, London Dairy, Dabur, and many more.
