The Company's Board of Directors comprises both Maldivian and Foreign Nationals with a wide range of expertise in finance, logistics, project management, and travel and tourism.

The Company's Maduvvari Farm workforce consists of both local and expatriate labour and is focused upon implementing the plan for development of the Island into a leading integrated farm within the Country.
