We’re looking for Account Assistant: (01 Vacancies)

 

1. Qualifications & Experience:

• O level, A ‘Level, Diploma in Accounts related.
• Diploma in accounts field will be considered as an added advantages
• Able to work independently when needed.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting system.
• Must have an understanding of the current tax system of Maldives.

 

 

1. Job Responsibility:

• Invoice processing and preparing receipts upon receipt of payments
• Preparing Payment Vouchers & Cheques
• Cash book maintenance
• Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers, maintain invoice register and payment voucher register
• Handling Petty cashes
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
• Basic administration works
• Updating and maintaining QuickBooks system
• Any other ad hock works assigned by the management

 

Salary: Negotiable based on qualification & Experience
