Job Description

Requirements

• A’ level (minimum 3 pass – including Accounts & English) or O’ level (minimum 5 Pass – including Accounts, English & Mathematics) standard
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, and knowledge of using enterprise software, preferably QB and SAP would be an added advantage.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office advanced level; Excel, Access
• Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to learn and then be able to apply.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Major responsibilities

• Prepare cash deposits, as necessary.
• Reconcile, research, and resolve outstanding items related to bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile all assigned accounts.
• Support, develop, and maintain financial controls procedures for financial reporting.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly activity related to the sales.
• Update financial model for supplemental (fair value and cash flow maturity designation) information on loans and receivables related to the sales.
• Assist with internal and external audits with regards to control testing, account verifications, external confirmations, and other related projects.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary package – MVR 6500 – MVR 7500/-
• Eligible for overtime
