Requirements

• A’ level (minimum 3 passes—including Accounts & English) or O’ level (minimum 5 Pass – including Accounts, English & Mathematics) standard.
• Experience in a related field would be an added advantage.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office advanced level; Excel, Access
• Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to learn and then be able to apply.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Major responsibilities

• Perform bank and account reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and support financial control procedures and reporting.
• Reconcile monthly sales activities and update financial models as required.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation and confirmations.
• Prepare invoices and enter supplier bills accurately.
• Issue invoices and outstanding statements to customers on time.
• Manage credit control and follow up on overdue payments.
• Handle billing disputes and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure timely receipt of cheques and other payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
• Meet monthly collection targets.
• Perform other assigned accounting and administrative duties.
