We are seeking an Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team at CTL Strategies LLP. The candidate will be responsible for performing key administrative functions of the firm, and will provide support to the team of lawyers and tax advisors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing general secretarial and administrative support to the team of lawyers and tax advisors
• Managing court schedules, trial dates and hearings
• Preparing and disseminating legal correspondence and documentation
• Filing, organising, scanning and keeping records of legal and administrative documents
• Maintaining and updating hearings and case management systems
• Planning, supporting and implementing logistics for events, seminars and other meetings
• Managing office equipment, office services and facilities
• Organising meetings and recording minutes of meetings
• Provide general administrative support
