We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill our vacant role as an Administrative Officer.

-Manage day-today office operations.
-Provide high-level administrative support
-Updating, organizing and preparation of all administrative documentation, records and files as instructed senior administrator
-Processing and managing customer orders, inquiries and requests
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date database and records.
-Assist in generating and maintaining various reports and records.
-Manage customer and vendor records.
-Manage relationships with office service providers and vendors
-Assistance with scheduling and arranging meetings for directors.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure a streamlined workflow, with effective communication.
-Working together with HR executive in managing all HR related documents.
