We are looking for a self-motivated and  dynamic candidate to fill in the following position as Adminstrative Officer

Post: Administrative Officer (Required No: 1)

Work Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

Duties & Tasks

• Handling day to day administrative work
• Accurately maintaining documents and entering data
• Raising invoices and recognising payments
• Compiling and maintaining records

Skills Required

• Familiarity with book keeping and basic administrative procedures
• Competency in MS Excel, MS Office and computer knowledge
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized and able to communicate clearly؛.
