As an Administration Officer at Topside Employment Services Pvt Ltd, you will assist in a range of administration activities to support the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the company’s business.

What you’ll do:

1. Manage administrative work 
2. Manage Xpat System, ensuring work permit/visa applications and other related applications are processed within given deadlines
3. Handling both incoming and outgoing calls
4. Handle all expat related works in an effective manner
5. Enter and maintain information on databases
6. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by authorized personnel
