General Requirements

• Diploma in Operation Theatre / Anesthesia Technology
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• Registered at a licensing authority
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

Job Specification

• Monitor & record vital during anesthesia
• Assist for all intra vascular access, intubation, spinal, epidural and regional nerve block anesthesia & naso-gastric tube insertion
• Maintenance of instruments & equipment related to anesthesia
• Assist for any emergencies in ICU, Endoscopy, Radiology, etc.
• Follow biomedical waste management & infection control practices
• Shifting patients to relevant areas in the hospital
• Administer anesthesia drug under supervision of anesthetists
• Request for blood products to blood bank and send samples to laboratory
• Arrange anesthesia medicines & equipment for various cases
