Requirements: 

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture 

• Must have at least 3 years of work experience. 

• Maldivians only 

Responsibilities: 

• Taking the brief (getting brief) of projects 

• Setting time frames and target for delivery 

• Act as the point of contact for the client 

• Act as team leader, managing the team and taking responsibility for timely delivery 

• Specifying the requirements for the project 

• Conceptualisation of design 

• Creating design and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer design (CAD) applications 

• Oversee the design specification of the project 

• Prepare architectural specification in line with the drawings 

Skill: 

• Excellent communication skill, written and oral 

• High levels of creativity and imagination 

• A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see the projects through to their conclusion 

• Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure 

• Excellent design and drafting skill and proficiency with CAD
