We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our corporate office as Assistant Manager Human Resources. The key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Recruitment and Hiring
• Managing training and development initiatives.
• Tracking employee performance.
• Tracking human resources related organizational KPI's.
• Manage benefits and compensation.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
• Implement HR policies, procedures and ensure to educate and promote awareness to the employees.
