Job Description

Main Roles and Responsibilities

 Analysis and statistical reports

·       Assess students’ attributes and help them realize their strengths

·       Prepare the statistical analyses and present the to the Principal, SMT and target groups accordingly

 

Career Guidance and support

·      Evaluate students’ abilities and interests through aptitude assessments, interviews, and individual planning

·      Conduct regular outreach efforts including workshops and presentations to classes, student and parents

·      Develop strong relationships with stake holders

 

Building Rapport with Stake holders

·       Work closely with stake holders in the planning and coordination of career outreach and programs

·      Maintain ongoing professional development via involvement with relevant professional associations

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Experience

2 Years

Bachelor’s Degree
