Position: Carpenter

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, an eye for detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. This role involves a variety of tasks, from preparing construction sites to building and installing intricate structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and equipment.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools as needed.
• Build, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Dig trenches, compact soil, and backfill as part of site preparation.
• Operate machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and adhere to construction plans and timelines.
• Assist skilled tradespeople in performing tasks and provide general site support.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures, including windows, doors, cabinets, staircases, and furniture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in carpentry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret technical blueprints and project specifications.
• Skilled in the use of carpentry tools and machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• A proactive team player with problem-solving abilities.
