Job Description

Key Competencies:

• Minimum 02 years experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Strong knowledge in administration works. 
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
• Able to do multi-tasks, work under pressure and learn.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists with the organization of kitchen operations and prepare and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade. 
• Maintains hygienic standards and practices, staff training, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer’s expectations.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance. requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 
• Assists with improving departmental revenue and profit goals and minimize wastages  
• Assists with banquet production, when applicable.
