Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations of the company.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise engineering staff and contractors.
• Ensure the efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning and management systems.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: MVR 20,000 (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
• Other benefits as per company policies.
