Job Description

• Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards 
• Implement and maintain the international best practices and ensure the financial reporting of the Group conforms with International Reporting Standards
• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
• Ensure the finance function works in partnership with the business to deliver key strategic objectives • Manage customer, vendor and investor relationships
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Comply with international and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and project budgets, as well as reporting for the same and ensure compliance and reporting
• Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
• Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for management team
• Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
