CHIEF HR & ADMIN OFFICER

Leading dive and water sports operator in upmarket resorts in the Maldives, currently managing 13 centers.

We are looking for a team member to join our Head Office. Candidates must be highly motivated, energetic, and self-disciplined.

This position is available from July 2024.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Knowledge of local employment laws and related regulations.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Preferably exposure to multi-cultural workforce

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERINCE:

• Diploma or Degree in related field, and
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar field

SALARY:

• Remuneration package of MVR 16,000/- to MVR 17,000/- (depending on qualifications and experience including allowances)
