HAZA CONSTRUCTION IS HIRING!!

Job title: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Key Duties:

- Meeting with potential clients & onboarding new projects.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within project timescales.
- Prepare work schedule, staff allocation and ensure site works are done as per schedule.
- Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials.
- Oversee and monitor activities at worksites.
- Prevent and manage challenges by regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
- Assist to secure all required permits for the projects.
- Coordinate meeting between logistics and deliverables.
- Being an effective leader to boost staff morale, ensuring that there is good teamwork and coordination at the work sites.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors and site staff.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Criteria’s:
•Diploma in a construction related or business management field.
•At least 5 years work experience in a leadership role in the construction industry.
•Highly proactive attitude, detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
•Strong resilience and conflict resolution skills.
•Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
•Should be able to read & understand blueprints & related documents.
•Ability to interpret and build according to drawings & to specifications.
•Computer literate & must possess a valid drivers license.

REMUNERATION: 18,000 per month.
