About Us:
Stay Mikado is a boutique island retreat offering unique experiences to our guests. We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to showcase the beauty of our island, hotel lifestyle, and guest experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct drone photography and videography in compliance with local regulations.
• Capture underwater photography and videography when applicable.
• Edit photos and videos optimized for Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Perform basic design tasks, including social media creatives, posters, and simple layouts.
• Capture boutique hotel lifestyle content: rooms, food & beverage, island activities, excursions, and guest moments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the hotel’s brand identity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator (portfolio required).
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Experience with drone photography and videography.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Professional attitude with respect for guest privacy and consent.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage:

• Previous experience working with boutique hotels, guesthouses, or travel brands.
