Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out excavation, trenching, leveling, and material handling works according to project requirements.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or breakdowns to the Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Maintain records of equipment usage when required.
• Assist with other site activities as directed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience operating excavators and heavy equipment.
• Valid operator's license or certification will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours when required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: MVR 7,500 (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
• Other benefits as per company policies.
