EXECUTIVE - UNDERWRITING (Insurance)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Underwriting Executive to join our team. As an Underwriting Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assessing risks, analyzing data, and making underwriting decisions in alignment with company guidelines and objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate insurance applications and assess risks to determine coverage and premium rates.
• Review and analyze underwriting files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide underwriting support and guidance on complex cases.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to make informed underwriting decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of underwriting policies and procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding underwriting activities and performance metrics.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• A level or Dipoma in a related field.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Years of experience in underwriting, with a strong understanding
