Essential Job Functions

• Creates mock-ups and production molds
• Designs and installs fiberglass elements
• Operates HVLP spray equipment
• Performs gel coat application
• Performs automotive spray painting
• Performs surfacing agents and other chemical surface applications
• Performs basic repairs on fiberglass units (i.e. boats, cars, etc.)
• Repairs upholstery as needed
• Performs occasional operations of fork lifts
• Monitors shop stock/inventory
• Maintains clean work area
• Performs all duties in a safe/responsible manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

We’re looking for

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Olevel,  or equivalent or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer knowledge preferred
• Must have good communication skills
• A genuine interest in making people feel welcome using your smile and positive nature
• Keen to be a part of something you believe in, providing fun while having fun at work
• Openness to learn, grow and develop skills
• Commitment to your team by being on time and working scheduled shifts
• Desire to be outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
