Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Sales & Distribution Respresentativeto join our sales and distribution team. The ideal candidate will not only handle product deliveries but also serve as a frontline sales representative, ensuring strong customer relationships, accurate order-taking, and effective execution of trade marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Visit assigned customers (retailers, wholesalers) as per route plan.
• Actively promote products, upsell, and achieve sales targets.
• Take accurate customer orders and ensure timely processing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

POSM (Point of Sales Materials) Management

• Ensure correct placement, visibility, and arrangement of POSM at outlets.
• Monitor and maintain merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
• Report on competitor POSM presence and market activities.

Delivery & Logistics

• Safely transport goods and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
• Verify deliveries against invoices and collect payments where required.
• Handle products with care to minimize damage and ensure accurate inventory control.

Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily sales reports, delivery records, and market feedback.
• Report any customer complaints, stock issues, or operational challenges to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies, health & safety standards, and traffic regulations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of goods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
