MAPS College seeks a full-time Academic DEAN, specializing in business-related subjects (such as Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Tourism, Project Management). This role encompasses lecturing and managerial duties, prioritizing student engagement and support.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in higher education, including at least 2 years of lecturing in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Vice Rector in planning and administering the teaching-learning Process of the College;
• Actively engage with online and in-person students, fostering a student-centric learning environment;
• Proficiency in business-related subjects to deliver engaging higher education sessions.

Remuneration:

MVR 23,000 - 25,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
