MAPS College is seeking Full-time Lecturers specializing in business-related subject areas, including the following:

• Business Administration and Management
• Human Resources
• Marketing
• Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Project Management
• Tourism Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above qualification in a related field. For higher levels a master’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant subject area(s)
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures to students in chosen subject area
• Support student learning through group and individual support
• Develop and mark assessments relating to taught units, and support the college in undertaking assessment-related activities
• Support the overall functioning of the College's academic provision through engagement in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities

 Remuneration:    MVR 18,000 – 20,000 depending on qualifications and experience
