Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure an attractive environment.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs, and trees as required.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Control weeds, pests, and diseases using appropriate methods.
• Ensure outdoor areas are clean, tidy, and properly maintained.
• Report any landscaping issues or material requirements to the Supervisor.
• Follow company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and gardening techniques.
• Ability to operate gardening equipment safely.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: MVR 7,000 (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
• Other benefits as per company policies.
