JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR GUEST RELATION OFFICER

We are currently seeking a GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER for our Dive and Watersports Centre in Dive, Excursions and Water Sports Operation on a 5 Star Luxury Resort in the Maldives. This position is available from December 2021.

 Reporting to the Dive & Watersports Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately conveying information to guests of the dive and watersports facilities and services
• Arranging and attending guest activities and excursions
• Fulfilling the guest special requests
• Attending and solving any guest issues or complaints
• Actively seeking out guest feedback and anticipating guest needs 
• Assisting Base Manager with planning and scheduling excursions and boat movements
• Manning the Dive and Watersports Centre
• Providing sales assistance for dive and watersports equipment

Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous experience in similar position within a resort, or other customer service based position
• High level of written and spoken English, any other language is an added advantage
• Hotel school graduates and / or experience in a similar position
• Outgoing personality who fosters customer relation
• Computer literate
• Experience in working in a multicultural team
• Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, punctual and highly service oriented
• Outgoing and social personality
• Strong desire to provide memorable guest experiences by exceeding expectations
