REQUIREMENTS:
 O level or higher qualifications
 Strong communications skills, Excellent organizational skills
 Basic knowledge of labor laws
 Fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi.
 You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
 Basic computer skills
 Proven experience in a related position would be an advantage.

HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES
 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
 Assist Managers in payroll preparation by providing required data.
 Coordinate recruitment of new employees, onboarding of new recruits
 Coordinate and handle all expatriate employees documentation via government online platforms
 Coordinate employee health insurance with relevant parties
 Coordinate and maintain records of  Employee Life Cycle such as transfers, promotions, and increments
 Coordinate, maintain, and ensure timely renewal of contracts, permits, licenses and certifications.
