Job Description

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Instructor Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, develop instructional skills, and grow in a professional training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior instructors during training sessions and practical activities
• Support the preparation of training materials and classroom activities
• Monitor trainee attendance and participation
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional environment
• Provide administrative and operational support when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant educational background
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
