Job Description:

As a Junior IT Technician at HASH, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance. You will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the implementation of new technology projects.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Support the setup of new users, including the installation of workstations and software.
* Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity by managing security solutions.
* Document technical procedures and user guides for internal use.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance and provide support for IT projects.
* Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the IT department.

Qualifications:
* Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 1 - 2 years experience in working with IT equipment in a professional or personal manner.
* Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite; experience with Linux or macOS is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and under minimal supervision.
