Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting entries
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, payments and receipts
• Preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform data entry and accounting transactions
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Support audit and tax preparation by providing relevant documents
• Filling and Filing GST to M.I.R.A
• Maintaining and managing inventory
• Preparing GRNs

 

Requirements:

• Certificate 4 or Diploma in Accounting
• 2 Years Experience in same field
• Age: 22 to 45 Years 
• Knowledge in MS Office and Accounting Softwares
• Strong organizational and multi tasking skills
• Punctual and hardworking
• Willing to work long hours if required
• Good vocabulary skills in writing in English and Dhivehi
• Willing to work with us for long term for two years or above
