Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing all government-related processes, supporting internal departments on local administrative matters, and assisting with customer interactions. This role requires strong communication skills in both Dhivehi and English, and the ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all government-related registrations, documentation, and approvals in a timely manner
  • Liaise and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and administrative requirements
  • Support all departments with government-related processes and local administrative matters
  • Assist in processing permits, licenses, and renewals as required
  • Attend to visiting customers and provide administrative support when needed
  • Help translate documents between Dhivehi and English, especially for official and government-related purposes
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of all government correspondence and filings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks
  • Provide general office administrative support as required

 

Requirements:

  • Maldivian national (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of local government procedures and regulations
  • Strong communication skills in Dhivehi and English
  • Ability to interact professionally with government officials and customers
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in administrative or government liaison roles
  • Knowledge of documentation processes for permits, visas, and registrations
