REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors’ degree or Diploma in a related field of Landscaping / Horticulture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort.
• Possess a strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant care and ability to perform all related tasks.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse landscaping team.
• Ability to communicate in English, both in writing and speaking
• Experience working in the Maldives is highly desirable
