MANAGER (1) – ISSUANCE AND PRODUCTION / CARD OPERATIONS

LOCATION: HULHUMALE’

Job Scope

Responsible for managing overall day-to-day operations of the Internet Banking Application Processing, Card issuance, maintenance, and production team.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in related field with minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar field OR,
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge and work experience in Islamic banking and finance will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications.
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of independence and positive attitude towards work commitments.
• Take lead in audit assignments with moderate or minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good command of English (both oral and written communication).
• Maintain highest level of integrity and independence.
