Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing activities of the company. This includes:

• Track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and - maintain customer relations.
• Analyzing and strengthening strategies to improve sales and marketing efforts.
• Prepares and completes Sales & Marketing action plans.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements targeted to improve Sales.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Supervise, Train and lead the S&M Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques & commercial trends.
• Competent use of MS Office Programs.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in the field.
• Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Familiar with Multimedia & design software
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and driven to succeed

Remuneration: - MVR 16,000 – 18,000 (based on qualification & experience)
