MAPS College is seeking a dedicated, well-organized, and proactive MANAGER - STUDENT SERVICE & CORPORATE AFFAIRS. If you are passionate about education, administration and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Ensure timely distribution of letters, feedback, and other important communications to students.
  • Monitor government and private sector bid submission opportunities, prepare and submit proposals accordingly.
  • Oversee campus cleanliness and monitor college assets.
  • Manage student records and documentation accurately and securely.
  • Evaluate tutors and the overall teaching-learning processes.
  • Coordinate scheduled tutor meetings and provide feedback based on student input and classroom performance.
  • Liaise with local and international bodies regarding course administration, exams, accreditation, certification, student affairs, and other institutional matters.
  • Collaborate with MAPS team members—including sales, HR, and tutors—to ensure the college’s goals and profitability targets are met.
  • Assist junior staff with student services, documentation, and other tasks related to the administration of academic programmes.
  • Prepare and submit monthly pay sheets for visiting lecturers.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or managerial role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and engage effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.

REMUNERATION:                   MVR 14,000 – 17,000 (based on qualification and work experience)
