General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant discipline and/or more than 1 year experience in similar field preferred
• Excellent skills with design softwares. Primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects).
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends, Meta, Adwords)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.

Job Specification

• Assist to maintain branding guidelines in corporate content and communication
• Assist to develop creative artworks for doctor’s promotions, Specialty promotions and services promotions
• Assist in the development of animated content / video content in terms of promoting Tree Top Hospital’s doctors, specialties, products and services
• Design 360* marketing campaigns to promote specialties
• End to end execution of branding and marketing elements, including digital and physical branding.
• Support in the photography / videography for both internal as well as external events
• Social Media uploading of Posts and the overall management of Social Media; including promotions, tracking of key social media metrics to drive conversions and brand recognition.
• Assist to manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (social media, website, etc.), including SEO strategy and execution
• Stay updated of industry trends and implement best practices
