We Are Hiring – Office Administrator

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

• Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation

• Support management with scheduling, meetings, and communications

• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors

• Assist in basic accounting, HR, and record-keeping duties

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Diploma or Higher
• Fluent in Speaking Dhivehi & English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and PDF Softwares

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in administration will be an added advantage
