Job Description
  • Maintain and organize all construction project documents and records.
  • Prepare daily reports, site correspondence, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate between site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and management.
  • Assist with procurement documentation, quotations, and purchase requests
  • Manage filing systems for contracts, drawings, permits, and invoices.
  • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and government authorities when necessary.
  • Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
