Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or related field
• Minimum 1 year work experience
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant personality

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing monthly and Quarterly Treaty statements
• Calculation of the profit commission Statements
• Calculation of reinsurers share of the claims under different class of insurance
• Calculation of Excess of Loss claim recovery of relevant treaty
• Works related with Facultative reinsurance placement to Reinsurers
• Preparing and communication of Reinsurance closings
• Preparing the Memo and sending to the Accounts Department for payment
• Maintaining RI register in a timely manner
