Job Description : Operations Administrator

Operations Administrator Responsibilities

1. Under administrative direction, directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and operations of the Administrative division.
2. Assume management responsibility for assigned services and activities of the Administrative division within an assigned department including purchasing, budgeting, accounting,
3. Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for assigned staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
4. Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
5. Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
6. Managing and updating company datasheets
7. Drafting and mailing customer correspondence, documents, letters.
8. Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

Skills

• Training in Quickbooks is highly preferred..
• Proven work experience as a administrative or operations officer
• Active listening and effective communication skills in English language
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Team spirit
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer:

• Probation Salary: MVR 7,710/- (Probation period: 3 months)
• Basic Salary: MVR 9,252/-
• Vacation: One month paid vacation annually
