The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the organization by assisting, coordinating and executing various operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the daily operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Supporting to the operations team in monitoring and maintaining equipment and vehicle readiness.
• Aid in the preparation of reports on operational performance, including logistics, inventory and operational metrics.
• Provide support to the operational staff, helping them with their duties and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Support to manage inventory levels for equipments, tools, and spare parts necessary for daily operations.
• Monitor and update inventory databases, ensuring all items are well documented and easily accessible. 
• Assist in ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met in day to day operations.
• Assist with the emergency situations and operational issues as needed.
