Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Assist in implementing operational and business development strategies.
• Coordinate with clients to onboard new accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum A’Level qualification; a degree in a related field is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Note: This role involves significant fieldwork and direct client engagement.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
