Job Specification

• Greets Guests upon arrival to the hospital
• Provides mobilization of Guests by wheelchairs or walkers to clinical areas in a safe manner
• Provides guidance to visitors routing them to proper areas
• Ensures cleanliness of all equipment and in good working condition
• Coordinates with housekeeping and engineering for cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of wheelchairs and guest seating areas
• Brings unused and misplaced wheelchairs from OPD/ER/IPD to the designated space in main entrance
• Develop a culture of quality, safety, efficiency and efficacy of patient care
• All other duties assigned by HOD
