About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Accountant who can work dynamically across multiple projects within the group. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing end-to-end project accounting under pressure, ensuring all financial, procurement, and system-based processes are timely, accurate, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor multiple project accounts simultaneously within the group
• Handle complete project accounting including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate creation of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and maintain complete project documentation
• Monitor and close project-related cost centers on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with procurement, store, and operations teams to ensure material receipts and issuances are recorded properly
• Oversee monthly stock reconciliations and ensure accurate stock reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures, internal controls, and company policies
• Support audits and provide necessary project-related financial documentation
• Proactively resolve issues and streamline processes related to project accounting and system entries

System Knowledge Required:

• Material Control System (Oracle-based) – Full proficiency
• Sun System (Finance module) – Good working knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a project accounting role
• Strong ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Salary range: $ 900 – $1,000 (Based on the experience and qualifications)
