we are looking for Project Assistan for our WTE project at Thilafushi island

Job Responsibilities

 

• Set-up Stakeholder Meetings (internal and external), attendance of meetings and preparation of Minutes of Meeting
• Communication with external Brand representatives as well as internal Senior Leaders
• Support in creating Business Presentations, reports and analytics related to Projects and other topics
• Attendance and support during Advisory Board Meetings
• Lead and monitor task forces related to Projects in hand
• Execution of invoices related to Government interactions
• Coordination and execution of other administrative tasks in hand during Project Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) and min 2 years of related work experience
• Working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft office and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering
• Potential to perform in a lead capacity
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
•  Dhivehi and English speakers only
• Female candidates only
