Salary: MVR 18,000.00 (USD 1,167.00) per month
Food Allowance: MVR 2,000.00 (USD 129.70) per month
Mobile Allowance: MVR 500.00 (USD 32.42) per month

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee civil works on site to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Drawing & Design Reference: Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
• Project Operations Management: Coordinate all project operations, ensuring efficiency in procurement, logistics, and workflows.
• Project Management: Manage on-going construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare technical reports, maintain project documentation, and handle email communications. Generate reports, using Excel and other tools for analysis.
• Travel & Inspections: Regular travel to project sites for inspections. Must be adaptable to varying conditions and prepared for travel by air and sea.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and ensure project activities align with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Skills:
  • Civil engineering skills with the ability to monitor site activities.
  • Basic architectural knowledge to review and interpret drawings.
  • Operations, procurement, and logistics management experience.
  • Project management capabilities, with familiarity in construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in construction and water/sewerage projects.
• Physical Requirements: Must be fit for travel (by air and sea) and capable of working in different environments.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Worksite:

• Location: Stationed at the Head Office with frequent travel to project sites.
